CO-FITNESS MOBİL UYGULAMASI KULLANIM ŞARTLARI

Co-Fitness mobil uygulamasını kullanarak, aşağıda belirtilen şartları yasal olarak kabul etmiş sayılmaktasınız. Eğer bu şartları kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen uygulamayı kullanmayınız.

1. Yaş Sınırı ve Kullanım Uygunluğu

Uygulamayı kullanabilmek için en az 13 yaşında (veya ülkenizin yasal reşitlik yaşında) olmanız gerekmektedir. Egzersiz yapmaya engel kronik bir rahatsızlığı olanların uygulamayı kullanması önerilmez.

2. Tıbbi Mesuliyet Reddi

Co-Fitness bir sağlık danışmanı değildir. Uygulama içinde yer alan animasyonlar, egzersiz planları ve beslenme yönlendirmeleri genel bilgilendirme amaçlıdır. Kullanıcı, hareketleri uygularken kendi fiziksel sınırlarını bilmek ve güvenliğini sağlamakla yükümlüdür. Olası sakatlanma, yaralanma veya sağlık problemlerinde Co-Fitness ve geliştiricisi hiçbir sorumluluk ve mesuliyet kabul etmez.

3. Fikri Mülkiyet Hakları

Co-Fitness ismi, logosu, uygulama tasarımı, kod yapısı ve içerideki tüm görsel/metinsel içeriklerin telif hakları LightersonLabs - Co-Fitness'a aittir. Kopyalanamaz, izinsiz dağıtılamaz veya tersine mühendislik ile çözülemez.

4. Hizmet Değişiklikleri

Sağlayıcı, uygulamanın özelliklerini, ücretsiz sunulan hizmetleri veya kullanım şartlarını dilediği zaman önceden haber vermeksizin değiştirme veya durdurma hakkına sahiptir.

CO-FITNESS MOBILE APPLICATION TERMS OF USE

By accessing or using the Co-Fitness mobile application, you legally agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Application.

1. Age Restrictions and Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age required in your country) to use this Application. Individuals with chronic medical conditions or injuries that restrict physical activity are advised against using the Application.

2. Absolute Medical Disclaimer

Co-Fitness is not a licensed medical provider or health counselor. The animations, workout routines, and nutritional guidelines provided within the Application are for general informational and educational purposes only. The User assumes full responsibility for knowing their physical limits and ensuring their own safety while performing exercises. LightersonLabs - Co-Fitness and its developers assume absolutely no liability for any injuries, health complications, or damages resulting from the use of the Application.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The Co-Fitness name, logo, UI/UX design, source code, and all proprietary visual/textual content are the exclusive intellectual property of LightersonLabs - Co-Fitness. Any unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, or reverse-engineering of the Application is strictly prohibited.

4. Modifications to Service

The Provider reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, service, or pricing plan within the Application at any time without prior notice.

5. Governing Law and Support
