CO-FITNESS MOBİL UYGULAMASI KULLANICI SÖZLEŞMESİ

1. Taraflar ve Konu

İşbu Kullanıcı Sözleşmesi ("Sözleşme"), Co-Fitness mobil uygulamasını ("Uygulama") indiren, üye olan ve kullanan kullanıcı ("Kullanıcı") ile Uygulama geliştiricisi LightersonLabs - Co-Fitness ("Sağlayıcı") arasında akdedilmiştir. Sözleşme, Uygulama’nın kullanım şartlarını ve tarafların hak ve yükümlülüklerini belirler.

2. Hizmetin Tanımı ve Sorumluluk Reddi (Tıbbi Uyarı)

2.1. Co-Fitness; kullanıcılara egzersiz takibi, antrenman programları ve beslenme analizi gibi konularda yardımcı olmak amacıyla tasarlanmış bir mobil koçluk uygulamasıdır.

2.2. Kritik Uyarı: Co-Fitness bir tıbbi kuruluş, sağlık platformu veya tıp doktoru değildir. Uygulama içerisinde sunulan hiçbir içerik, program, analiz veya tavsiye "tıbbi tavsiye", "tanı" veya "tedavi" niteliği taşımamaktadır.

2.3. Kullanıcı, Uygulama’daki herhangi bir egzersiz veya beslenme programını uygulamadan önce bir sağlık profesyoneline veya doktora danışmakla yükümlüdür. Uygulama’nın kullanımından, hareketlerin yanlış uygulanmasından veya olası sağlık problemlerinden Sağlayıcı hiçbir şekilde mesuliyet kabul etmemektedir. Tüm risk ve sorumluluk Kullanıcı’ya aittir.

3. Kullanım Şartları ve Hesap Güvenliği

3.1. Kullanıcı, kayıt esnasında verdiği bilgilerin doğru ve güncel olduğunu kabul eder.

3.2. Hesap güvenliğinin (şifre vb.) korunması tamamen Kullanıcı’nın sorumluluğundadır. Hesabın yetkisiz kullanımı durumunda Sağlayıcı yasal sorumluluk kabul etmez.

4. Sorumluluk Sınırlandırılması

Sağlayıcı, Uygulama’nın kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını taahhüt etmez. Teknik aksaklıklar, sunucu kaynaklı gecikmeler veya veri kayıplarından doğabilecek doğrudan veya dolaylı zararlardan Sağlayıcı sorumlu tutulamaz.

5. Değişiklikler ve Fesih

Sağlayıcı, işbu sözleşme maddelerini dilediği zaman güncelleme hakkını saklı tutar. Kullanıcı, Uygulama’yı kullanmaya devam ederek güncel şartları kabul etmiş sayılır.

CO-FITNESS MOBILE APPLICATION USER AGREEMENT

1. Parties and Subject

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the user ("User") who downloads, registers, and uses the Co-Fitness mobile application ("Application") and the application developer LightersonLabs - Co-Fitness ("Provider"). This Agreement governs the terms of use of the Application and the rights and obligations of the parties.

2. Description of Service and Medical Disclaimer (Crucial Warning)

2.1. Co-Fitness is a mobile coaching application designed to assist users with workout tracking, training programs, and nutritional analysis.

2.2. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER: Co-Fitness is not a medical organization, healthcare provider, or medical doctor. No content, program, analysis, or advice provided within the Application constitutes "medical advice," "diagnosis," or "treatment."

2.3. The User is solely responsible for consulting a qualified healthcare professional or physician before implementing any exercise or nutritional program within the Application. The Provider assumes no liability or responsibility for the use of the Application, improper execution of exercises, or any resulting health issues. All risks and responsibilities belong entirely to the User.

3. Terms of Use and Account Security

3.1. The User agrees that all information provided during registration is accurate and up to date.

3.2. Maintaining the security of account credentials (passwords, etc.) is entirely the User's responsibility. The Provider accepts no legal liability for unauthorized access to the User's account.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Provider does not guarantee that the Application will operate uninterrupted or error-free. The Provider cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, data loss, or server-related delays resulting from technical disruptions.

5. Amendments and Termination

The Provider reserves the right to update the terms of this Agreement at any time. By continuing to use the Application, the User is deemed to have accepted the updated terms.
